In-Home Care Worker (On-Call)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Monitor and record residents' health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position may vary based on the needs of our residents and the organization. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Starting Wage: $17.00+
